Volleyball Canada said a crowd of 2,436 were in attendance to watch the event.
"The tournament so far is going well, result-wise anyway," said Team Canada coach Glenn Hoag. "We're trying different guys because we have to make a selection at the end of World League for the Olympics."
Canada took the first set against China 25-21, the second by a score of 25-19 and dominated the third 25-17.
The Canadian team – who will be heading to the Summer Games for the first time since 1992 – is now 5-0 in group play.
Dai Qingyao had 11 points and Chen Longhai had seven in a losing effort for China. John Gordon Perrin and Gavin Schmitt each had 13 points for Canada.
"I thought we played well today, it was a really clean game," said Perrin. "We started off making errors but then we controlled it after that and were able to win 3-0."
